Terms of use

Use the map as a starting point, not a verdict.

StreetLens organizes public records for exploration. It does not provide legal conclusions, predictions, emergency information, or a complete account of any event.

01

No finding of guilt or liability

An incident record, arrest notice, charge, Casefile preview, or map location does not establish guilt, liability, or responsibility. Allegations remain allegations unless a verified source establishes a later outcome.

02

Accuracy and availability

Public datasets may be delayed, revised, incomplete, duplicated, or classified differently by each agency. StreetLens may temporarily show a dated cache when a source is unavailable and labels that state.

03

Responsible use

Do not use StreetLens to harass people, profile individuals, identify private residences, make unsupported neighborhood claims, or infer protected characteristics. Do not rely on it for emergency response or personal safety decisions.

04

External materials

StreetLens links to official agencies and TopTrendReportTV. Their content and terms are controlled by those services. Casefile previews do not transfer rights to reproduce full editorial materials.

05

People and media

Portraits, booking photos, and contextual images are presented only with an identified source and documented reuse basis. A booking photo or identification as a person of interest is not proof of guilt. Sensitive media may require an explicit reveal and must not be republished outside the rights granted by its source.

06

Changes

Coverage, adapters, source definitions, and these terms may change as agencies revise their systems or StreetLens expands. The methodology and source directory describe the current product behavior.
